agrees to assist ____________ on a non-exclusive basis in filling
staffing requirements on a temporary (contract) or direct hire
basis in return for fees and reimbursable expenses discussed below.
Assistance provided may include technical recruitment, advance
screening, and assistance in setting up and coordinating interviews
of qualified candidates. Immigration and travel services can also
be provided if requested.
Direct hire candidates are offered with provision for a 90-day
Contract employment as HIRETECH
employees is on an "at will" basis. Many of our clients find it
to their advantage to offer contract employees a regular position
after an appropriate trial period. This "contract to hire" option
is provided for as well.
Consulting services can also be arranged with independent consultants
through LEADING EDGE ENGINEERING, INC.
Rates are negotiable.
Fees and Conditions:
Regular Hire: Flat fee of __% of first year's gross compensation
between ______________ and the candidate . Gross compensation
includes first year bonuses or cash incentives guaranteed or offered
in the employment contract.
Trial Period: For direct hires, if for any reason the candidate
is no longer employed after 90 calendar days, HIRETECH
will attempt to locate a suitable replacement. If an acceptable
replacement is not found within 30 days, HIRETECH
will refund the fee.
Contract Employment: An hourly billing rate is quoted for each
employee. The quoted rate is fully burdened and includes HIRETECH's
portion of Social Security, Medicare, Worker's Compensation, and
Unemployment Insurance. Additional employee benefits can be negotiated.
Typical markup is __% over the hourly rate negotiated with the
Contract to Hire: Flat fee of __% of first year's gross compensation
if employee is offered a regular position during the first 90
days of contract employment. After 90 days, there is no fee.
Travel and Other Expenses: If candidate travel from outside of
the immediate area is required for interview, and if requested
by the client, HIRETECH will
make travel arrangements and fund travel expenses on a reimbursable
basis. Reasonable travel expenses, and other extraordinary expenses
agreed to in advance, will be billed to the client regardless
of final hiring decision. No additional fee will be charged for
Immigration Assistance: If a candidate requires immigration approval
to work in this country, HIRETECH can provide assistance with
processing immigration requests and required documents. Such assistance
will be provided on a reimbursable basis for full costs incurred
but without additional fees.
Payment Terms: Net 15 days from date of invoice.
Duration of Agreement: This Agreement shall remain in effect continuously
unless canceled by either party. Cancellation of the Agreement
may be made by either party at any time by notification in writing.
Cancellation shall take effect immediately upon notice.
Non-circumvention: In the event ___________________ hires a candidate
presented by HIRETECH, other
than through a contract or direct hire agreement with HIRETECH,
within twelve months from the time of presentation, the full fee
is owed. The fee is earned if the candidate is hired or engaged
under any title or position (whether as employee, consultant,
or independent contractor) by the client or any of its divisions,
subsidiaries, or affiliates, or by another employer whom the client
refers the candidate. Information about candidates presented is
confidential, and is not intended to be shared with others outside
the client firm.
