HIRETECH is a subsidiary of Leading Edge Engineering, Inc., which was established in 1993 by Dr. R.A. Dean and T.E. Northup. Leading Edge Engineering has successfully completed a variety of engineering projects in San Diego, CA by utilizing teams of consulting engineers.
